Have you tried adobe connect now? Its free version only allows 3 people, but seems just as good if not better as webex or goto meeting. There is another one that is about $30 per month for 15 people I think…anyway, http://www.adobe.com/acom/connectnow/

Digsby looks cool. I’ve moved almost exclusively to Tweetdeck on the Desktop as well as on the iPhone. Great integration between them.
